David Posnett (Maidstone Jewelry) is a jeweler from East Hampton. His work is highly original and unconventional. All works are custom made and one of a kind. A major line of wedding jewelry is

For beach weddings and vineyard weddings, a local metal-smith using local materials represents a nice touch. David lives by the sea on the South Fork and collects finds from the beach. Polished beach stones and shiny colorful jingle shells are frequent raw materials for his jewelry. But gold and diamonds are too! David is a member of the Society of North American Goldsmiths.
